I have worked with the 8 Main Hedge Funds who were buying properties in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding markets. Personally completed over 10,000+ BPO’s for 42 different Banks, Lenders, and Asset Management Companies. Notary stamped more than 200+ documents of all types. I have worked directly with the 8 Top-tier hedge funds in the Tampa Bay area, assisting them with property acquisitions, valuations and sales.
